Designed and implemented a ISN/CDN to replicate the EN55022 standard to measure conducted noise on Ethernet and balanced cables. Device is also used to decouple measurement equipment from surge testing on same cables with 61000-4-4 (Fast Transient Immunity) and 61000-4-5 (Surge Immunity).

Performed the design, PCB layout, inductor manufacture and verified performance to qualified Teseq ISN-T8-Cat6 device costing  approximately $4000.
